  Whoever answers the phone for Dr. Lambert is super condescending and rude. I have ploycystic kidney disease, but currently take no medications and have not had any kidney issues until recently when I started experiencing some kidney pain. I called to make an appointment, but hadn't seen the doctor since 2014. You'd think that made me a bad person by the way the receptionist was speaking to me. She told me since I hadn't been there in 3 years, I'd be considered a new patient, which is fine. Then she proceeds to tell me I can't be seen because he is booked up and I haven't had labs done yet. Her tone made me feel like I'd done something wrong and like I should've known better. I wound up hanging up on her. Someone answering phones for a doctor should probably be a bit more compassionate and helpful instead of condescending and talking down to people that call in. I won't be going back, not that she cares because clearly patients do not matter to her.
