  Dr. Eaker definitively is not a happy-go-lucky-come-near-so-I-can-give-you-a-hug type Dr. I can count on 3 fingers the number of times I have actually interacted with him. Each time were 5 minutes or less. The first two PA's that he had were absolutely AWESOME - Laura and Jill (they have both since left the practice.) The front desk staff is not friendly but not to say they are necessarily rude either. The one thing that "Did it" for me as it relates to eventually leaving their care was the PA Amy Brettman. Just as reviewer Krista Robinson wrote, Amy, "offers a negative patient experience." And indeed she does! I went to see Amy since Jill had left. Amy was unpleasant to deal with. She makes the patient feel that they're a nuisance to her and left me feeling that I had intruded in her time. She was quick not to pay any attention (nor cared to) to any of the questions I was asking her. A McDonald's employee has superior customer service than her - it is sad. I get it, healthcare workers meet real jerks everyday that make their work hard and stressful. But, don't discount the patients that do appreciate healthcare workers. At any rate, from a personal perspective I cannot recommend this practice. I was originally going to give this review 1 star but for the sake of Laura and Jill I added a star.
